Muktha, a word with roots in, means 'reprieve'. The program ended on 12 September 2010. The main theme of this serial was to increase among the people. In this serial, well known and renowned Kannada writer also acted as a Judge.The serial was again started in the new name as 'Muktha Muktha' involving new characters and different geographical location.
Seetharam reprises the role of CSP. In the new serial Muktha Muktha, T.N. Seetharam explores issues such as those involving the, farmers, and the medical system. The unique impact of these serials is caused by the way the stories can be modified to reflect current issues and events.Casting Crew.
T. N. Seetharam
Thalagwara Narayanarao Seetharam (born 6 December 1948)[1] is a prominent Indian Kannada film and TV serial director, actor and screenwriter. He has become a cultural icon in Karnataka, India, through his work in several art mediums. Seetharam has written, directed, and produced plays, movies, and top-rated television series which have attracted millions of viewers.
Early life
Seetharam was born on December 6, 1948 in Thalagwara village near the Doddaballapura town in the erstwhile Mysore State. He was the third child to his parents Narayanrao and Sundaramma. He completed his high school education in Doddaballapur Municipal School, Doddaballapura, and pre-university course in National College, Bangalore. He then obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science before obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Law. This was when he decided to take keen interest in plays having worked with playwright P. Lankesh during the time. Seethram decided to stay in Bangalore after completing his education, by participating in plays. He rejected his father's request to return to his village and involve in agriculture and to practice as a lawyer, the reason behind this being his thought at the time, that owning a piece of land is a sin, having been influenced by Lankesh and U. R. Ananthamurthy. Saddened by this decision of Seetharam, his father, a patient, stopped consuming the medicine, owing to which he died shortly thereafter, which burdened him guilt. In 2014, during his appearance in the talk show Weekend with Ramesh, Seetharam said that many of his plays were made as tributes to his father and his television soaps made as tributes to women, inspired mainly by his deceased sister, Padma.[1]
Career
Seetharam began his career having been associated with playwright and film director, Karnataka. These became so popular that ETV Kannada telecast these interactions which had an equal ratings as that of the serial.

Due to Seetharam's association with ETV, all his serials are telecast on ETV Kannada. However, the serial Mayamruga, was aired on Doordarshan Chandana also. His first serial, Sankalana & Navellaru Onde was aired on Doordarshan.
